Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Times

  • Average delivery time: 5–7 business days
  • In rare cases, delays of 2–3 extra days may occur due to stock shortages or courier delays
  • If a package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost
  • Free shipping on all orders, including a Track & Trace number

Tracking Your Order

  • Your tracking code is included in your order confirmation email
  • Tracking becomes active once your package reaches the courier
  • Sometimes tracking updates may be delayed, but your package is still in transit

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Contact info@madisonmaemalibu.com before returning to register your request
  • Include a Track & Trace code when shipping your return
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your item is received and approved
  • For customer-choice returns (wrong size, change of mind), return shipping costs are your responsibility (approx. 30 USD)

Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Email info@madisonmae-malibu.com with your order number and photo or video proof
  • Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed
  • If you wish to return your order, please follow the return process above

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for refused deliveries or uncollected packages
  • These orders are not eligible for refunds
